SOUND FAMILIAR?

What is your team
navigating?

Choose the concern closest to home. We’ll show you a useful starting point.

Other things teams may need to talk about

Changing roles. Where do people fit as responsibilities shift?

Change overload. What deserves attention when everything feels urgent?

Values and wider impacts. How do ethical and environmental concerns inform choices?

The future of the work. What do you want to protect, change or try?

WHY THE HUMAN SIDE MATTERS

A rollout needs
more than a login.

Leaders need to hear what is happening, make the expectations clear and give people room to learn.

About these findings

These are different surveys reporting respondents’ views, not experiments proving cause and effect. They do not measure the impact of our program. FranklinCovey attributes its finding to its September 2025 AI General Attitudes Survey. The second finding is reported in the December 2025 Infosys / MIT Technology Review Insights release. Both links are provided for review.

AGREEMENT IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD ADVICE

49%

more affirmation of users’ actions by AI than by humans, across 11 models studied.

Cheng et al., Science, 2026 ↗

Better questions.
Room to disagree.

In experiments about interpersonal advice, overly agreeable AI reduced participants’ willingness to repair conflict. That gives us a concrete question to practice: is this answer helping us think, or simply telling us what we want to hear?

The research concerns interpersonal advice, not a workplace trial or an evaluation of our offer.

THE CORE ENGAGEMENT

The AI Team
Alignment Workshop.

Time to hear what matters,
try things together and decide
what happens next.

HALF TO FULL DAY / TWO FACILITATORS

START WITH TRUST

People can disagree about AI
and still move forward together.

We make room for enthusiasm, doubts and the questions that have gone unsaid. From there, we build practical AI confidence and the ability to listen, adapt and work together when the plan changes.

  1. 01

    Notice

Compare current AI use, concerns and the decisions ahead.

  2. 02

    Experiment

Try relevant examples with approved tools. See where AI helps and where human judgment matters.

  3. 03

    Practice together

Use short, engaging exercises in listening, questioning and responding to change.

  4. 04

    Agree & apply

Choose what to test, who owns it and when you will review it.

No acting experience required. No pressure to share personal stories. Participation and examples are adapted to the team.

WHAT YOU TAKE BACK TO WORK

More than
a good afternoon.

We agree the outputs with your sponsor. The core workshop is designed to produce:

01

A picture of where your team stands

Current uses, concerns and opportunities worth exploring.

02

Draft agreements for working with AI

What you will try, what needs human review and which questions still need a decision.

03

A next experiment with an owner

A practical step, a way to check whether it helped and a date to compare notes.

These are working outputs, not a finished AI policy or a guarantee of business results.

GO DEEPER WHERE IT HELPS

Your challenge
sets the agenda.

Use what the workshop reveals to choose a focused session or a longer engagement.

Practical AI confidencePut the tools to work

Practice on tasks your team actually does. Learn to give useful context, evaluate the output and decide when AI is not the right tool.

Judgment & shared boundariesMake the decisions clearer

Work through human review, appropriate data and accountability. Capture questions for your legal, security and policy owners.

Distinctive voice & creativityKeep the work recognizably yours

Use AI alongside your expertise and point of view. Compare drafts and ideas against what your team knows about its customers and its work.

Adaptation & change overloadFind a workable next move

Practice responding when plans change. Decide together what deserves attention and what can wait.

ANOTHER WAY IN

Test Drive
Your Future.

Explore different ways AI could change your work. Then ask: what do we want to protect, change or test now?

A workshop Leif has led at Human Tech Week, available as a tailored team session.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Four formats.
Your team’s choice.

A wider conversation, one focused question, a day together or time to practice. We’ll help you choose the scope that fits.

OPEN THE CONVERSATION

Keynote + live experience

45–60 minutes + optional Q&A

Bring a wider audience into the questions AI raises for people and work.

Take away: shared language and questions worth discussing.

FOCUS ON ONE QUESTION

Online workshop

90 minutes

Work through one well-defined challenge with discussion and a practical exercise.

Take away: a next step your team can test.

WORK IT THROUGH TOGETHER

AI Team Alignment

Half to full day

Give an intact team time to hear different views, try relevant tools and make shared decisions.

Take away: draft working agreements and an experiment with an owner.

PRACTICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH

Practice series

Six weeks / four 2-hour sessions

Apply the work between sessions, compare what happened and adjust together.

Take away: tested practices and revisions based on experience.

We agree delivery arrangements and intended outputs with you. You can begin with any format.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Human understanding.
Practical experience with AI.

BEFORE WE WORK TOGETHER

A few good
questions.

“Leaders who communicate clearly about AI’s impact and model openness to questions and dissent create the conditions for innovation.”Laurel Ruma, MIT Technology Review Insights
Published December 2025 ↗
Who is this for?

Team, People, Learning, operations and transformation leaders who want to work through the human side of AI with their people. The most useful starting point is a specific team and a real question—not a requirement that everyone already agrees.

Do we need to be AI experts?

No. We adapt the session to your team’s experience and work with approved tools and appropriate examples. Enthusiasts, skeptics and people who are still figuring it out all belong in the conversation.

How do you make it relevant to us?

We start with a sponsor conversation and a short questionnaire about current use, concerns and priorities. Together we choose the focus, examples, length and intended outputs.

How will we know it helped?

Ask whether people felt heard and understand what comes next. Then review what happened with the agreed experiment. We use that evidence to decide whether further support would be useful.

What about fees and availability?

We agree scope, delivery format, facilitator availability, timing and fees in a proposal before either side commits. Preparation, participant numbers and accessibility needs are part of that conversation.

Can we try something ourselves first?

Yes. Our free working tools help you reflect on AI use, plan a task, prepare a team conversation or review your distinctive voice. No email is required to use them.

TAKE THE CONVERSATION TO YOUR TEAM

to work out?
